How to Prepare

  • 1. Ground

    Be in a sitting position with both feet flat on the floor and imagine yourself being pulled from your waist down to mother earth’s core. 

  • 2. Set a Clear Intention

    Before your session, reflect on what you seek from this healing or reading. 

  • 3. Release Expectations

    Let the reading guide you.  Be open to whatever comes through.  Avoid being attached to a particular outcome, answer, or result in your reading/healing. 

  • 4. Practice Receptivity

    Relax into receptivity.  Allowing space in the mind, body, and spirit to flow without judgement. 

  • 5. Ownership

    Your depth to your healing/reading starts with you.  We collaborate together for the best and highest healing.

    Pen to paper solidifies thoughts and experiences to the surface.  The subconscious is our wonderland, let it be free.
